Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bring home from Little Luxe! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs on online orders unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Please note the following exceptions:
- All sale items are final sale
- Seasonal and holiday items are final sale
- Accessories (including hats, bows, socks, and similar items) are final sale
- Personalized or special-order items are final sale
Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
