Shipping and Deliveries
We’re so excited to get your order on its way! Below are the details on how we handle shipping at Little Luxe.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 within the United States, and free standard shipping on orders $99+. We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost. Please email us at customercare@littleluxeshop.com with the items you would like to purchase, your shipping address, and what date you need the item(s) and we can provide you a quote.
Delivery Timing
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we are unable to control carrier delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Little Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your order has not arrived, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
We are unable to take action on missing packages until at least 14 days after the original ship date.
Stolen Packages
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is a safe and secure address. We are not responsible for packages stolen during transit or off your porch or if tracking says delivered. You can file a claim directly with UPS or USPS for these incidents.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. You will be charged the true shipping cost if your package is returned to sender and resent to a correct address. This may be more than what you initially paid.
